Here is a list of the most common questions people have regarding our training programs.

What is online training?

Online training is very similar to having a personal trainer except for it is all done electronically. You will be able to take all of your workouts with you using your mobile device and follow along the instruction given. It is like having a personal trainer in your pocket.

What are the benefits to an online trainer?

The main benefits include cost, convenience, and detailed instruction. With an online trainer you are able to get a much more in depth program to follow on your schedule and at a fraction of the cost.

What is included with the online training?

We will design a custom program to fit your needs. You will get access to a private app you can use on any mobile device. With that app you can track your stats, watch 100’s of video demonstrations, and communicate directly with our team. A big part of fitness is your diet, so we also will go step by step with you to help you know what kind of diet changes might be needed to see success. We also include opportunities to talk with us via skype once a week so we can answer your questions.

What are the pre-made programs?

The pre-made programs are similar to the online training except that they are not customized to you specifically. They are made to simply help you achieve a goal by following a proven training program. While you still have access to our online app and training demonstrations, there is less custom options for you. That being said, if at any time you need help or can’t do something let us know and we will help.

Who should not order pre-made programs?

The pre-made programs are designed to fit just about anyone. However, if you have any serious health concerns, mobility issues, or anything that would require personal attention, it is not recommended. You would be better suited having us train you in a custom program in person or online so we can ensure you are able to workout safely.

What if I have questions?

Send us a message via the app, or email. We will be happy to help in any way we can. We want to see you succeed in your goals.

What if I get sick or injured and can’t do the workouts for a while?

Oh no we don’t want that. But it happens. While rare, getting injured is a possibility when exercising. Let us know if there is a reason you can’t do your workout. We would be happy to extend your program to a reasonable degree and do what is needed to get you back in the gym.

What if want to cancel? Can I get a refund?

Sorry to say but no refunds are given. Once you sign the paperwork and submit your payment you are making a commitment. We likewise make a commitment to give you the best training we can offer. Likewise, we would not decide half way through to stop training you, we expect the same. Should you need to delay your program we will work with you to a reasonable degree.
